Anna is the founder of Generation Impact Global and a subject-matter expert at helping companies meet the changing corporate reporting standards resulting from sustainability reporting legislation. Anna is currently serving an in-kind secondment in the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) with the Sector Specific Standards Development Team.

Throughout her career, Anna has helped top companies produce positive results across different countries and cultures, and is well-versed in navigating complex business environments. Anna’s educational background is in psychology and finance. She holds additional international certifications as a business trainer and executive coach, as well as a certification in diversity and inclusion from Stanford University, and is well-versed in international labour law, ILO and human rights acts.

In recent years, she has turned her focus to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) reporting frameworks, working with GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) , SASB (IFRS) The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board , GHG (Greengas Protocol), TCFD and other non-financial frameworks and protocols, as well as the digitalization of reporting and non-financial data.
