Riccardo Farisi is recognized for his extensive background in the financial sector and currently holds significant roles in several organizations. He is a Co-Founder and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Generation Impact Global, where he concentrates on the sustainability reporting needs of fund managers and the broader financial services sector. His expertise extends to investment banking and portfolio management, which plays a crucial part in his role at Azimut, where he is Head of the Family Business.

Before his current engagements, Farisi gained substantial experience at Natwest Treasury and spent nine years at Morgan Stanley in London. His tenure there included responsibilities in Fixed Income trading and Wealth Management, notably managing fixed income portfolios for the EMEA region and participating in the Asset Allocation Committee. Following his time at Morgan Stanley, Farisi continued to advance his career at Merrill Lynch as a banker and portfolio manager, later joining UBS.

In 2010, Farisi took on a partnership and the role of Head of Investments at Solutions Capital Management SIM, focusing primarily on Family Business and cross-assets financial planning. Over the last fifteen years, he has developed a niche in Family Business and has been involved in executing significant investment banking and financing deals. His move to Azimut in October 2019 marked a new chapter where he leads the development of the family office for the company, highlighting his commitment to family business advisory and financial planning.
