The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 global objectives adopted by all UN Member States in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda. They address challenges like poverty, inequality, climate change, and environmental degradation, and serve as a blueprint for a sustainable, just future through worldwide collaboration.

SDG mapping is the process of reviewing policies, projects, strategic plans, and organizational outputs to identify direct alignments and contributions to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their underlying targets.

Effective sustainability mapping allows organizations to transform complex text into actionable visual insights. By utilizing specialized SDG tools, teams can move beyond manual content reviews, instantly surfacing relevant SDG indicators, identifying compliance gaps, and communicating measurable impact to stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Create a new SDG map be adding a title, tags, and uploading a file to map. Don’t forget to select the language it is written in.

By submitting the file the system will automatically read the content highlighting SDG mentions and related content, and build a set of graphs depicting its findings.

Consult relevant SDGs mentioned in the document, as well as targets and indicators. Visualize the results through different SDG-color coded graphs.

Use the reference tracker to quickly spot and highlight the sections of a document where any keywords appear. This makes it easier to identify relevant content, organize your sources, and include accurate references in your work without missing important details.

Save your SDG mapped results so you can return to them later for review, consultation, or to easily share with others. You also have the option to download a version that is formatted and ready to print, making it simple to distribute or keep as a reference. If you prefer, you can start fresh and create an entirely new mapping to explore different ideas or perspectives.
